Fun Times

Youth Activities We have had the amazing opportunity to be Young Men and Young Women leaders throughout the years. We have loved working with the youth of the church and will always treasure the spiritual, and often silly experiences with our kids. Among these are Where's Waldo activities (we dress up unlike ourselves and the kids try to find us in the mall), Girls' Camp and Scout Camp, and a Pioneer Trek (we were a Ma and Pa for our own wagon/family).

Skydiving For our 5 year anniversary, we had the crazy idea to take our lives inro our hands and go skydiving! Although we were extremely scared, we had a blast and would definitely consider going again.

Mustache March Jared has had a lot of fun playing with his facial hair ever since he graduated from BYU. Now that he's in grad school and doesn't have to look professional, he's even more silly. Along with some fellow students, he decided to celebrate the unknown event (at least to Kristie) called Mustache March. All during February, Jared grows out a beard, and then throughout the month of March, he continually shaves different, crazy mustaches. This is a new tradition that is 3 years running!

Sew Fun! Ever since Alia joined our family, Kristie has had a lot of fun learning to sew, especially stuff for Alia, and gifts for friends.  She has done everything from sewing the decor in Alia's nursery and decorating onesies for shower gifts to Halloween costumes and making fancy dresses for Alia (especially for Christmas and Easter).
