Alia's middle name is Kathryn. She was named after her sweet grandmother who passed away about the same time that we became pregnant with our baby. We like to think that they high-fived in passing. She is our blue-eyed, smiley little angel, and we feel so blessed to have her.
Alia is a spunky, curious little girl who loves "reading", eating (just about anything - like Dad), and music. She already likes to dance and "lead music", and claps along to her favorite songs.She also has a smile and a laugh that light up a room. One time at church, we were approached by a father of another little kid who told us that she smiled and waved at his son, and it turned his day around. One way or another, she turns all our days around. Alia already shows such an interest in other little kids, especially babies, and she can't wait to have a sibling of her own.
